Economy of wellbeing will become the basis for consolidation of economic freedom. By economic freedom we mean freedom of choice, place and form of activities, freedom of ownership and possession capital, freedom of competition. High level of wellbeing will provide for a fair distribution of profits, prevent a sharp stratification between the rich and the poor and will support those in need of assistance. Wellbeing of the nation in general and an individual in particular will stimulate relations of partnership between subjects of economic activity within implementation of state social programmes. It will also ensure equal responsibilities for the results of such activity. This is our vision of the ways to realise the ideals of freedom, justice and solidarity in the economic relations.
In the conditions of transitional period, the main component of economic reforms is social and economic reorganisation. Such reorganisation has primarily social goals - namely, creation of new jobs and increasing people's income. Realisation of these goals will become the foundation for growth of solvent demand for products and services, settlement of economic stagnation, financial stabilisation and active involvement of business in international economic relations.
