9.1. Amendments and addenda to the Statute and the party's program documents are introduced and approved by the SDPU(U) congress by the qualified majority of votes (two thirds) of its delegates at the suggestion of the party's Political Council.

9.2. The body that carried out the registration procedure is to be notified of amendments and addenda introduced to the Statute and the party's program documents in accordance with the procedure established by the law of Ukraine.
